My name is Claire and I'm a 40 something mother of three boys living on the Kapiti Coast. Having recently found the love of baking and making decorations in 2016, I love baking in my kitchen. My name is Claire and I'm a 40 something mother of three boys. I love baking in my kitchen, creating delicious, individual and bespoke decorative cakes, cupcakes and super fun cake toppers. My cakes are perfect for birthdays, baby showers, Christmas, Easter, Hen or stag party or any celebration in between!
I decorate my cakes with buttercream or cream cheese icing, as a rule I don't use fondant to cover the cake. When I do use fondant, it's for decorative elements, such as toppers, characters, lettering, animals or flowers.
