Rugby cupcakes
My middle son wanted to take cupcakes to his end of season rugby party, the Rahui Tigers. What better way to do this than with creating his coach and mascot into Fondant.

My middle son was very proud to walk into his end of season rugby party with these awesome cupcakes. They were a real hit with the team, who all wanted to take a piece home.
