Welcome to the team

What better way to welcome our new team member Tessa to our "cool comms" team, than with cupcakes! I created a batch of super fun double chocolate cupcakes with pop art inspired fondant toppers.

Starting with double chocolate cupcakes, I topped them with green buttercream (Why green? I had made extra buttercream from the Grizzly and the Lemmings birthday cake I had made the day before).

I used a template I had drawn to hand cut the the shapes and then set about creating the lettering for each topper. They were a super treat for our new team member.
