Ice, ice hockey, baby

Baked for my colleague, who plays ice hockey, making a replica fondant Ice hockey player in his team colours. This is a four layer 20 inch chocolate fudge cake, filled with cream, jam and strawberries.

This was one of my first attempts at a fondant person, so he's a little on the basic side, but still pretty cute. I hand painted the team name Jesters onto his top with red food colouring.
