Farewell to the Team

My colleague was leaving the team and heading off in his newly purchased camper van to travel New Zealand. This cake represents his time in the workplace and his future travels. The camper van topper is made from fondant and the driver is a mini replica of my colleague.

Triple layer chocolate fudge cake, covered in chocolate cream cheese icing was a real hit with the team who ate every last slice!
